Program Overview

Experience the high-quality learning and expert instruction you've come to expect from ACOEM in-person education – from the convenience of your home or office. The 2022 Virtual Fall Summit will cover environmental health, adult vaccines, COVID updates, OEM-related hot topics, and NP-specific education. Register for combination of days.   • November 13:Occupational Medicine Basics for Advanced Practice Clinicians (10:00 a.m. – 3:35 p.m. CST)
    • Please note:   There will be a networking session at the end of the day.  More details to come .
  • November 14: Vaccines (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CST)
    • Please note: The November 14 Vaccine day is complimentary but registration is required. Funding for this was made possible (in part) by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The views expressed in written materials or publications and by   speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services, nor does the mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.

Target Audience

The Virtual Symposium is designed for physicians and other health care professionals who specialize in or have an interest in occupational and environmental medicine (OEM), including nurses, physician assistants, industrial hygienists, safety professionals, environmental health specialists, and human resource professionals.

The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine designates this live activity for 20.0AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before October 31, 2022. A refund will be issued minus an administrative fee of $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after October 31, 2022. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing.  Notification by phone will not be accepted for cancellations or changes.
